  • At the bottom of this box, you will find a PDF of the deck that Marianne from New-York Historical Society used to present.
  • Here you will find a resource sheet made by Marianne from New-York Historical Society that includes Antonia Pantoja's life story and Women's Strike flyer mentioned in the N-YHS presentation.
  • Here is the recording of our session.

Next Steps

  1. Finish up making and finding the elements you will be putting into your exhibit.
  2. Copy-paste elements into the deck and incorporate any text you feel is absolutely necessary to be included on the slide.
  3. Make sure you’ve written your artist statement!
  4. Work with your “stitcher” students to smooth out the deck (i.e. add in background color, choose a consistent font, make sure the deck feels whole and not lots of little projects).
  5. Work with your students to write their presentation notes.
  6. Figure out which students will be presenting what slides.
  7. Practice your presentation twice with the exact same tech and conditions you will find yourself in on presentation day.
